for 2008!
Monthly Creative Sessions for Over 8's
Painting fun for your child on Sunday mornings! Your child can spend a couple of hours once a month having fun painting pottery and learning new techniques at the same time. At the monthly Children’s Art Club, your child will learn interesting and useful techniques which he/she can use to create unique expert designs. Each month a new technique is demonstrated which your child can then practise with individual help if needed.
Throughout the year, the techniques we demonstrate include brush work, spongeing, using banding wheels, use of special glazes, bumpy doodles and much more. We also encourage the children to create unique items for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day etc., using the techniques learnt.
Sessions are held on Sunday mornings starting at 10.30a.m. and last for about two hours.

All materials your child will need are supplied and all items painted are theirs to keep.
The session cost is just £14.50 fully inclusive of brushes, tools and ceramic pieces. On completion of at least 5 sessions, your child will receive a free one year studio pass worth £17.50. If you book six sessions in advance the cost is £72, equivalent to just £12 per session.
